ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.44 of 2021 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Dindigul. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a partnership dispute between the parties and due to which the present case came to be registered against the accused persons in Cr.No.44 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 466, 471 r/w Section 120(b) IPC. Challenging the same, the present petition came to be filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation within a stipulated period by providing an opportunity to the petitioner in order to disprove the complaint preferred by the second respondent. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that though this Court granted interim 2/4
stay, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and he also sent a requisition letter to keep the charge sheet in abeyance. 5.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
