ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent to complete proceedings, which had been filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.A3/210/2018, dated 12.10.2020, within a specified period. 2.Since the matter is now pending before the second respondent, it will not be appropriate to enter into a discussion on merits. 3.However, Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader stated that on instructions, enquiry has been completed and that matter would be completed within a reasonable period of time. 4.Mandamus is directed to the second respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings filed by the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
