PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent panchayat to issue "No Objection Certificate" for execution of the exchange deed by the petitioner for 30 feet road which runs through petitioner's property bearing S.Nos. 293/3A2, 343/1, 342/2B, 343/2A, 346/4B, 346/7, 346/1 and 346/2 in lie of gift deed bearing document No.1666/2015 and document No.314/2016 executed by 3rd and 4th respondents in favor of the 2nd respondent in respect of Senthamil Nagar (Sector VI) situated in S.Nos.293/3, 343/1, 343/2A, 343/2B, 346/1, 346/4A, 346/4B, 346/4C, 346/5, 346/7 on the basis of the representations of the petitioner dated 02.01.2023 & 09.01.2023 and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register the same.
