ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the fourth respondent's false complaint. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after paying the entire amount, the fourth respondent has refused to return the jewels on the ground that the petitioner's jewels got mixed up with other jewels of their customers. However, after receiving the complaint from the fourth respondent, the third respondent has been harassing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint, which has been given against the fourth respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that one Suresh, who is the General Manager of Manapuram Finance Limited, has given a complaint against the staffs including the petitioner as if the petitioner 2/5
has colluded with the staffs and indulged in forgery. 4.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in CSR.No. 662 of 2022.
5.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 19.01.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No lr 3/5
