ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.48 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 328 and 394 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition for petitioners 1 and 2 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the third petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.48 of 2015.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn against the petitioners 1 and 2 and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed in respect of the third petitioner.
