This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.958 of 2020 registered on the file of the Theppakulam Police Station.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report was filed as early as on 20.02.2021 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai. The learned Government Advocate is having e-filing number also.

3. If incase it has been returned, the first respondent shall re-present the same immediately. The jurisdictional Magistrate will take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
