ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.99 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 328 and 394 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition for petitioners 1 and 2 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the third petitioner is having one previous case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn against
the petitioners 1 and 2 and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the third petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the third petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam and on further condition that the third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
