RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award dated 02.01.2015 (which was received by the Appellant Insurance Company on 19.03.2015) made in W.C.No.47 of 2014 on the file of the Commissioner for workmen compensation,(Deputy Commissioner of Labour), Trichirappalli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.Sudhagar Nagaraj, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the respondent No.2 and his names also printed in the cause list he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to M/s.Rajaji Home for the aged, Vishalakshipuram, Madurai within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
