O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents herein to transfer the petitioner from Virudhunagar District to Kanyakumari District.

2.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she is working as B.T.Teacher from 22.09.2011 in Government High School Meenampatti, Vadakoor Virudhunagar under the control of second respondent. She has been working in the said place from the date of her appointment itself. In this circumstance, she had applied for transfer from Virudhunagar District to Kanyakumari District from the year 2014. Thereafter, the petitioner was called by the second respondent for appearance of the transfer counseling in the first respondent office in the year 2017. Accordingly, she had participated in the transfer counseling and on the very same day ie 10.05.2017, she made a representation to the first respondent for transfer to her native District Kanyakumari. Thereafter, she made a detailed representation, dated 02.07.2019 to the second respondent for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.1120 of 2020 transfer. The grievance of the petitioner is that till now, the respondents have not given any reply to the said representation. Hence, she has come up with the present Writ petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2019 will be considered.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the Writ petition and considering the submission made by both counsel, the respondents are directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say the petitioner shall send the copy of her representation, dated 02.07.2019 along with copy of the order.

7.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
