This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 650 of 2022 pending on file of the respondent police station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case investigation has been almost completed and awaiting for Forensic Report and seeks one month time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
