The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.1828 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. Though the respondent has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

It is submitted that the petitioner is residing along with her aged mother and taking care of the new born child at Pudhuputtur, Dindigul District, whereas, H.M.O.P.No.1828 of 2021 is pending before the Family Court, Coimbatore, which is nearly 220 kilometers. Therefore, the petitioner facing difficulty in travelling to attend the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.1828 of 2021.

4. Considering the above, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed by transferring H.M.O.P.No.1828 of 2021 from Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Dindigul. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 2/4
