ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.468 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on giving false promise of getting job as Noon Meal Organizer, the first respondent received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the first petitioner neither got the job nor returned the amount. When the defacto complainant requested for return of money, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant. Therefore, the complaint has been given and the same has been registered in Crime No.468 of 2015 for the offences under stated above. 3.The case of the petitioners is that the second petitioner is the own brother of the defacto complainant and they have not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners have promised that they will arrange for a job to the defacto complainant, as Noon Meal Organizer and received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, but they did not arrange for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the job and did not return the amount.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
