Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. S. ARUL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.21861 of 2018 dated 14.02.2019.

dated 14.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21861 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
