ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection for the petitioner and his family members for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. In this regard, an enquiry has been conducted on the petitioner's representation. Both parties have appeared and by directing them to work out remedy before the appropriate Court, the enquiry was closed.
