RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.3311 of 2019 dated 05.03.2019 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3311 of 2019 on 05.03.2019. 2.As against the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3311 of 2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner approached the Honourable Apex Court and the Honourable Apex Court in S.L.P No.2877 of 2019, directed the petitioner to approach this Court for modification.

3. Hence the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.3311 of 2019 on 5.03.2019 is modified to the effect that the

learned Judicial Magistrate shall disburse a sum of Rs.80,000/- to the defacto complainant and the remaining amount shall be kept in the Crime Number.
