The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.443 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, through E-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
