Respondent/Complainant Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2987 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.2333 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sankar, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.Anantha Devi, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 2987 of 2019 in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 2333 of 2019 .

2. This Court at the time of granting anticipatory bail on 14.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 2333 of 2019 had directed the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sattur until further orders and subsequently as per the order in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 2987 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sattur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition without any deviation nearly four months. He would also submit that the petitioner is a lady and she will never abscond. Hence he prayed to relax the condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition without any deviation nearly four months, however opposed for relaxing the condition stating that the investigation is still pending.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied the condition without any deviation nearly four months and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 2987 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
