This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of the impugned FIR dated 30.11.2025 in Crime No.157 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam by way of e-filing in No.202600007 on 06.01.2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
