ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The fourth respondent herein namely, Thiru.Balasubramaniyam submitted a petition for cancelling Document No.1860 of 2021 registered on the file of the third respondent. In this regard, notice was issued. Contending that the authority must not conduct enquiry, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.I am not inclined to interfere at the notice stage. The second respondent will of course pass final order only after enquiring the writ petitioner, the fourth respondent and other interested parties, if any. 2/4

4.Permitting the petitioner to raise all her contentions before the second respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
