ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Regulation No.26 of the first respondent herein which fixes the condition that for appearing in the final year examination, the candidates should have cleared all the previous year papers.
2. On instructions, the learned Counsel for the second 2/4
respondent University submits that the petitioner has completed his Course and he has also been conferred with B.Sc., Nursing degree on 18.08.2015. The degree certificate has also been dispatched. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.07.2022 Index :
