RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No. 16324/2017 dated 28.11.2017 for appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Madurai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUNDARAVADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16324 of 2017, dated 28.11.2017. 2.This Court, by order dated 28.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.

16324 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
