ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, to grant ordinary leave of 9 days to the petitioner's husband Seeni Selvaraj(CT No.5085) on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2023 which is pending before the 1st and 2nd respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is rejected vide order of the second respondent, dated 10.01.2024.

3. In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, dated 10.01.2024, in the manner known to law.
