This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents police not to interfere in a civil dispute.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) states that the petitioner filed this petition for directing the respondents 1 to 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.963 of 2020 herein, not to interfere any civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. The complaint lodged by the fifth respondent is pending on the file of the third respondent police station.

3. Considering the above submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent after issuing summons to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
