RAVI, STANDING COUNSEL FOR THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU, for the respondents 1 to 4 and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V,NO.35/2020 dated 15/12/2020 and to quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, Raguvaran alias Anbu, S/o. Machakalai, aged about 32 years before this Honourable Court and set him at Liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai.
