2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 25.12.2017 onwards and a charge sheet in C.C.No.21 of 2017 has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before concerned Judge for future hearings regularly.
