The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.165 of 2022 from Sub Court 1/4

Thirumangalam, Madurai District to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

2. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

3. Considering the above, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.165 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from Sub Court Thirumangalam, Madurai District to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District. The Sub Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
