Appeal filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, against the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2004 made in MCOP.No.597 of 2001 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Fast Track Court, Pudukkottai.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions,and the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the Rev.Aplc(MD)Nos.SR20048 and SR20051 of 2017 in C.M.A(MD) Nos.988 and 1259 of 2005.
