This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 40 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court.
