ORDER : These petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions and of MR.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the Respondents 1to 5 in CMP(MD)No.3107 of 2016 in CMA(MD)SR.51175 of 2015 AND first Respondent in CMP(MD)No.3108 to 3110 of 2016 in CMA(MD)SR.51176 to 51178 of 2015 the court made the following order:- These Petitions are to condone the delay of 50, 50, 51 & 49 days in filing the appeals.

Delay would stand condoned subject to the payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each, to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 04.11.2016 failing which, these petitions would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
