ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein directing them not to harass the petitioners in any manner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It appears that though the petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime Nos.822 and 960 of 2015, they had obtained anticipatory bail in both the cases.

4.The grievance of the petitioners is that they are being harassed by the respondent police, when the petitioners went to the respondent police to comply with the condition. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners to compromise the issue by forcing them to execute a document.

6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no such attempt is made by the respondent police. 7.Be that as it may, this Court specifically directs the respondent police not to force the petitioners to execute any document and the petitioners shall not be harassed, when they come https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondent police to comply with the condition imposed by the Court.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
