ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.824 of 2020 given an undertaking that they will clear the liability within a stipulated time frame. Therefore, further action in this case has been defered. Since the petitioners apprehension of arrest is not well founded, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 4.However, it is made clear that if the respondent proposes to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners.
