[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife, namely, Kanagalakshmi, aged about 34 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue, who is the wife of the petitioner, has joined with him and therefore, the relief sought for in this habeas corpus petition has become infructuous.

H.C.P.(MD) No.162 of 2021 the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
