ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a complaint dated 23.04.2015. The allegation relates to the loan sanction in his name by the Bank of Travancore at Tiruchirapalli.

2.When the matter was taken up today, there was no representation for the petitioner. But, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI would submit that in respect of the said occurrence, on the complaint made by the Bank itself, a case was registered and now the charge sheet has been laid. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
