This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct direct the first respondent from interfering the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry is pending and he further submitted that the petitioner was merely called for enquiry.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
