This quash petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No. 6/2015 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same so far the petitioners concern. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and on 14.07.2015 charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.143 of 2015. Hence, the prayer sought for becomes infructuous.
