ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from initiating any proceedings on the basis of the document No.3156 of 2013 dated 06.08.2013 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kalaiyarkovil, Sivagangai District till the disposal of A.P.No.3179 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent herein.

2.Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent would submit that the proceeding in A.P.No.3179 of 2013 has been disposed of and nothing is pending on the file of the first respondent. 2/4

3.In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, since the proceeding initiated by the petitioner has already been disposed of, the prayer sought for in this writ petition had become infrctuous. In view of the same, no further adjudication is sought to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is closed accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
