This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to register the FIR based on the complaint sent by the petitioner dated 05.05.2015 within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions would submit that no complaint is pending before the second respondent.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on 28.07.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
