This Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Melur, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai.

2.It is noticed that the petitioner has filed M.C.No.1 of 2023 for maintenance before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District. The petitioner appears to be a resident of Ponnamaravathi, Pudukkotai District.
3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Melur, to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District. The learned Sub Judge, Thirumayam, shall endeavour to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2022, on it being renumbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
