This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul dated 04.01.2020 in C.C.No.134/2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in C.C.No.134/2016 a bailable warrant was issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul on 04.01.2020 against the 2nd respondent was recalled by the 2nd respondent on 21.01.2025.
