RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.OP(MD) No.641 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.SANJAY, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.641 of 2017, dated 12.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are working at other state, they could not able to arrange the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
