2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner are complying the condition regularly. He further submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
