Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4368 of 2019 on 22.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4368 of 2019 on 22.03.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4368 of 2019 on 22.03.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
