This petition is filed to withdraw the case in crime No.207 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the same to the 3rd respondent for proper investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation is almost over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that since the entire investigation has already been completed, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as prayed for and this petition is liable to be dismissed.
