O R D E R

The writ petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate enquiry against 3rd to 7th respondents on the representation, dated 14.09.2022, given by this petitioner and pass orders within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Mr.G.Arumugam filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.7929 of 2022, seeking several reliefs, against the Commissioner of School Education, The District Educational Officer, Tenkasi and the Director of Vigilance and Anticorruption, Chennai. On going through the order copy, it appears that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed orders dated 25.04.2022, staying all the further proceedings of the impugned order. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said order has been periodically extended.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not a party in the above said writ petition. He can make implead himself in the above said writ petition. When there is an order of interim stay with regard to the enquiry of the Director of Vigilance and Anticorruption Department, now the matter has become infructuous. The petitioner can workout his remedy in the pending writ petition. 4.With the above liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
