This petition is filed by the father of the detenu alleging that his daughter went missing from 02.01.2023 and on enquiry, the detenu eloped with the third respondent and she was minor, but now, she has attained majority.
2.When the matter is came up for hearing today, it is reported that the daughter of the petitioner and the third respondent got married and living as husband and wife.
3.The respondent police has secured the detenu and produced before this Court. We enquired the detenu and she stated that she is willing to go along with the third respondent whom she alleged to have marriage and she is not willing to go with her father. The date of birth of the detenu is
06.01.2005 and two days before attained majority, she has eloped with the third respondent.
