2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4.In view of the above said submissions, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
