PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.162 of 2018 in O.S.No.144 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tenkasi and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 04.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.162 of 2018 in O.S.No.144 of 2012, on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tenkasi and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.
2.The respondent filed a money suit as against the petitioner. The said suit was decreed ex-parte and thereafter, the petitioner filed I.A.No.162 of 2018, seeking to set aside the ex-parte order. The said I.A. came to be dismissed. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 3.This Court has referred the matter to mediation. In the mediation, the matter was amicably settled between the parties and the petitioner agreed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- to the respondent, in which Rs.80,000/- was given by the petitioner in person to the respondent on the date of mediation ie., on 20.03.2025 and the remaining amount was agreed to be paid in 5 equal monthly installments [Rs.84,000/- per month].
4.In view of the subsequent settlement arrived at between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The parties are directed to appear before the trial Court and file a compromise memo for disposal of the suit. There shall 2/5
be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
