This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 7 and 9 and 10, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.315 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard, Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 20.09.2014 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal is directed to verify whether charge sheet has been filed on 20.09.2014 itself, and why it was not taken on file and submit a report to that effect to this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
