ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.487 of 2015 on the file of the respondent was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused demanded Rs.200 from him and as it was refused, he took away the money from his pocket at knife point.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner was taken by the respondent police two days prior to the registration of the case and he was kept in illegal detention and he was roped in a false case. He would also submit that the wife of this petitioner is in advanced pregnancy and she is having serious complication in delivering the child and hence, this bail petition may be considered on sympathetic ground.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is involved in one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
