ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 05.12.2022 to the first respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons including the second respondent on notice before passing final order.
